Vegan, gluten-free and naturally sweetened, this delicious 5-minute choc-coco fudge is a healthy alternate that tastes amazing!
1/2 cups melted Hello pure Coconut Oil
1/2 cup smooth almond butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cacao powder
A pinch of salt (careful if nut butter is salted)
Servings: squares
Line a bread tin with baking paper and put aside.
In a small pan, combine Hello Pure coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, cacao, and salt.
Whisk until smooth over medium heat. No need to boil or reach a certain temperature.
Pour into prepared bread tin as soon as mixture is smooth.
Place in fridge and let set for a minimum of 2 hours.
Cut into squares and store in fridge or freezer.
